Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1st, 1989) is an American actor. She was a character on Deborah Gallagher in the series Shameless (from 2011-2021) in addition to Harris Conner Healy, in the series tenth and following seasons of Roseanne. Kenney was born the 14th of September 1999 on the 14th of September in New York City. Kevin Kenney is a former New York Post sportswriter who now writes in the form of Fox Sports. Her mother, Gillian Kenney, is a criminal lawyer. Emma Kenney was born in the same city as Emmy Rossum. Kenney was raised in Manhattan. She plays Debbie the rebellious daughter on Shameless the upcoming Showtime TV show. Although her birthplace was in New York, she spent the majority of her youth in Garden State. Kenney is also famous for her character in the role of Darlene's (Sara Gilbert) daughter Harris in the Roseanne revival.
