Emily Bett Rickards born July 24, 1991, is an Canadian actress, known for playing Felicity Smoak on The CW television series Arrow. Rickards born and raised in British Columbia, is Canadian. As a child, Rickards began her professional career with the musical theater and later dance. Later, she hoped to introduce herself to the world of serious acting. She graduated from high school before her schedule and began studying at the Vancouver Film School where she was awarded the Acting Essentials Certificate. The audition was an open call after completing her program. It resulted in her being hired to an agency. Alida Vocal Studio taught her.
